Anna Maria Morris is a multidisciplinary creative originally from Third Ward, Houston, TX. After graduating with honors and earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts, she relocated to Los Angeles, CA. Anna Maria is a proud member of AEA and SAG-AFTRA. Her film credits include: Dick Control, Alien Abduction, Blue, and Music on the Bones. Additionally, she attained credits from regional theaters like Stages Houston: Little Shop of Horrors, Sin Muros Festival, PANTO Wonderful Wizard; The Alley Theater: Alley All New Festival; as well as wrote and performed her own one woman show The Capacity to Love produced by Stages Houston. In addition to acting, Anna Maria is a published poet whose work can be found in literary journals like Defunkt Magazine and The Vital Sparks. She is also an avid reader, activist, and generational curse breaker.
The most important thing to remember about Anna Maria is whether she is on stage or screen, she is shining her light to illuminate her community.
